On 9 September 2026, between approximately 09:09 and 09:20 UTC, some API requests and actions in the web app returned server errors because of a database connection issue. We restored normal operation. While deploying additional safeguards, two requests returned server errors at approximately 10:01 UTC. The safeguards are now active, and a subsequent 15-minute monitoring window recorded no further server errors. We apologise for the interruption.
