Resolved: temporary API errors during deployment

On 8 September 2026, between approximately 06:19 and 06:25 UTC, some API requests and actions in the web app experienced delays or server errors during a deployment. A database update temporarily blocked normal request processing. Service recovered after the update completed. We have since deployed safeguards to limit how long database updates can delay live requests and improved monitoring across the entire deployment. Follow-up checks showed normal operation. We apologise for the interruption.
